About Us

All Saints Catholic School

In 2004 Holy Family School merged with Sacred Heart Cathedral School and became All Saints Catholic School. In 2005 St. Alphonsus School joined Holy Family and Sacred Heart to make All Saints bigger and better! St. Mary's official joined our family in 2014.  St. Anthony's joined officially when St. Mary's closed in 2020 and most parishioners starting attending St. Anthonys.  All Saints Catholic School is located in the former Holy Family School building at 1926 Marquette Street in Davenport, IA.

All Saints provides a faith-based education in cooperation with four parishes, Holy Family Church, Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Anthony's  and St. Alphonsus Church, and the surrounding community in grades pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. All children are welcome.

Students, teachers, parents and pastors create a warm and inviting school community with opportunities to learn, worship, and socialize together.

Children of all backgrounds come together to form life-long friendships, learning to work together in an environment that reflects the reality of our society in a positive, productive setting. Our students regularly take part in service to the community, learning generosity and stewardship.

Our teachers average 15 years of experience and one quarter of them have graduate degrees. Teachers are regularly working to further their educations through the Area Education Association (AEA), through workshops and teacher in-services. All classrooms provide differentiated instruction that is suited to the students individual needs. In addition to a rigorous academic offering, students have the opportunity to be involved in instrumental music, vocal music, visual arts, and foreign language. Spanish is taught by a certified teacher beginning in kindergarten through eighth grade.

Please send an e-mail to All Saints Secretary or call (563) 324-3205 with any questions.

We would be happy to welcome your family into our community!

Mission Statement

All Saints Catholic School community shares a common goal of preparing children for lifelong learning and Christian service.  We are committed to nurturing each child's spiritual, intellectual, social, moral, emotional and physical development.  All are encouraged to utilize their God-given gifts in an atmosphere that challenges them to strive for their unique potential.

Philosophy Statement

We Believe that we supplement the Catholic Christian education given by parents in the home.  Our responsibility then is developing the whole person -- spiritually, morally, physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally.By creating a faith-community, we strive to instill Christian values in each student by which he/she will be able to clarify their own values in life according to the Gospels, with the hope that they become self-directed individuals who will be responsible for their own decisions, behavior, and learning.  We believe that each child is an important, unique individual, whose intellectual success is built upon a healthy self-concept, making our school child centered.Cooperating with the parents, we continue the religious development of the child by furthering knowledge of the Church in the world and each child's part in it, preparing them to participate fully in the Church's liturgical life.
